The St. John’s School Math Club is open to fourth and fifth grade students who meet weekly after school beginning in January. The purpose of the Math Club is
to offer mathematics enrichment. A faculty advisor provides hands-on learning activities, math games, and problem solving lessons. In
the spring, the students complete an in-school math challenge (a written test) to determine seven members
of a team for each grade level that will represent St. John’s school in the Annual Southern Maryland Mathematics Challenge.
